  • Take proposed rental income from departing residence with no lease or deposit check required

  • Loans to first time home buyer who buys first investment property without managing rental experience

  • Accept alternative income documentation such as employer letter, VOE, consistent deposits in bank accounts to qualify for the loan

  • Be the first lender going into a new condo project without pre-sale requirement

  • Allow maximum 15 financed rental properties
